The So Pure new development property will be built in the Laitelet area in Méribel-Mottaret, which is the real heart of the 3 Valleys, the largest ski area in the world ! With more than 600km of slopes and 85% of them situated at more than 1.800m of altitude, the ski area has become the reference for worldwide skiers. Our domain propose an exceptionnal snow cover, well maintened slopes, a wide and wonderful off-tracks area, and an accessibility to the greatest number of people. The 3 Valleys can be followed by easy slopes (green or blue).

A mountain architecture, typical of Meribel

Often describe as the "beauty of the 3 Valleys", Meribel has always prioritized the respect of the tradition in terms of building. Very early, Meribel has imposed a precise architectural charter that ban modern buildings in favour of chalets made of light wood and stones. The buildings must be less high than an adult fir tree, which allows a perfect integration in the valley. The « So Pure » new development keeps a mountain chalet spirit by offering small residences and with the use of wood and stone, treated with modernity.

A convenient location

The new development building will be situated on the upper part of the Laitelet, near the Hameau area, it will stand around fifty meters from the slopes and shops, which makes it very convenient. The téléporté des chalets that connects the center of Mottaret, the intermediate and the Hameau, is also nearby. The bus stop to Méribel is 50m from the new development ! You can leave your car at the car park and enjoy the ski resort by feet !
