ORSO : new development in Courchevel-La Tania

Halfway between Courchevel and Méribel, La Tania is one of the 6 villages of Courchevel. Perfectly located, the family resort is renowned as the “best kept secret of the 3 Valleys”.
This title is justified by its "green resort" label, its entirely pedestrianised resort centre, its friendly atmosphere steeped in a mix of cultures, and its soothing setting surrounded by a lush forest.

The resort was created in 1990 in anticipation of the Albertville Olympic Games. La Tania was designed in harmony with the surrounding nature, and much of the spruce forest has been preserved.
The buildings were constructed in a traditional wooden architectural style, blending perfectly with the Alpine aesthetic and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Jacques Labro, a leading architect of the time, was particularly responsible for this work.

The 3 Vallées ski area is just a few minutes away. You can also explore the various trails, go snowshoeing or ski touring. What's more, regular shuttle buses provide easy access to the other villages in Courchevel.

The project comprises a 4-star hotel and two tourist residence buildings housing 71 flats, 70% of which are subject to a commercial lease.

The flats range from 2-room to 7-room and will all be carefully decorated by Atelier GIFFON in collaboration with Atelier PLEXUS. Owners will have the opportunity to choose between a contemporary ambience or a mountain atmosphere with a personalised touch.

Set in magical surroundings, the flats offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Each property has its own balcony and/or terrace, providing a private outdoor space.

There's easy access to the slopes, with ski lifts arriving and departing from the residence.
